Will the luggage arrive?

This email from Nico, our host here in Montepulciano:

Good morning,

I am expecting the luggage to get here this morning if they keep their promise.

Please do not wait and enjoy your day as these people are mainly liars to try and shut people like me up from complaining to them!!!!

They sub hire private couriers who hold onto the packages and when they have a few that need to be delivered in our area, that is the only time they will move to make it worth their while. It is crazy of customer unfriendly they are.

Enjoy your day and I am sorry you have to go through this as it is not nice at all.
